Looking at your food dairy, the only foods I can approve are the steamed stuff! No milo please. They're high in sugars and fat, and are more suitable for teenagers who want breasts. No noodles of any kind.

Try to eat small meals, so that your body will start to feel hungry every 3 hours or so. It'll be like conditioning your body to metabolise whatevery u eat swiftly, very much like telling it "look, i'm gonna feed u every 3 hours so u better not store what's coming down as fat, u hear!"

Here's a diet u can follow for 2 weeks; try to eat more carbos for your first meal and taper down as the day goes by:

OPTIONS FOR BREAKFAST @9AM: Soft-boiled eggs, breads with low-fat cheese, no butters. tea/coffee with skim milk NOT coffeemate. No oats. No cereals. Tuna in brine. No pastries or curry puffs.

OPTIONS FOR LUNCH @1PM: Fish soup with rice. Can even take KFC chicken breast meat with no skin occasionally. foil l chicken, but don't down the oily soup. udon (not ramen). chicken rice w/o the skin and oily dressing WITH plain rice, beef in soup, leancut charsiew meats, oyster sauce vegetables, fresh fruits, burger king chicken whopper w/o the mayo, sushi, diet sodas

OPTIONS FOR TEA AT 4PM: Tea/coffee with skim milk, fresh fruits, salads, (anything from your lunch menu that u can eat in smaller portions).

DINNER OPTIONS AT 7PM: Eat anything from the above too, but in EVEN lesser portions. Take more fibrous stuff.

SNACKS AT 11PM (if you're still hungry): Leftover meats from the fridge? Fruits will work too. Just remember to brush your teeth well after that.
